Brookwood Farmers’ Market in Forsyth County – 2014 Season It’s almost time for the 2014 Brookwood Farmers’ Market! This is a great outdoor market that brings locally, Georgia grown produce and goods to consumers! Shop from fresh, locally grown produce, meat, eggs, bread, flowers, soaps, and so much more! Click here for a full list of participating vendors. Also very cool – most nights feature activities for the kids and even live music while you shop. Click here for the latest entertainment updates. Admission is free and the market is open to the general public. Personal Tips: 1. Bring Cash – Some vendors accept credit cards, but it’s best to bring cash just in case. 2. Bring a Bag – Don’t forget to bring your reusable bag to carry all your things home! 3. Snack While You Shop – Go hungry and sample while you shop … you might find something new to purchase and take home! 4. Enjoy the Playground – The market is located inside Caney Creek Preserve Park. While the playground is too far away to just let the kids play by themselves while you shop (especially if they’re young), definitely check it out before you leave! It’s not your typical playground, but my kids love it!
